Podpora komunikačních dovedností sociálními pracovníky u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis describes the methods used by social workers to develop communication in children with autism spectrum disorder. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on scientific knowledge about autism spectrum disorders, specifically defining the area of autism spectrum disorders, their classification, etiology, symptomatology, and diagnosis. It also describes the care system for individuals with these disorders in social services. The main focus of the second chapter of the theoretical part of this thesis is communication in individuals with this disorder. The practical part deals with the therapeutic intervention of social workers with children with autism spectrum disorder, with an emphasis on developing their communication skills. The research was conducted through five semi-structured interviews with social workers. The questions were divided into categories, and the obtained data were thoroughly analyzed. The categories of questions asked in the interview are as follows: methods of gathering information about the child, personal development of communication skills with an emphasis on the use of alternative communication and the pragmatic language level, situations that are challenging for the client and reactions to them, comprehensive therapeutic approaches and procedures used...

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje metody, které jsou využívány sociálními pracovníky k rozvoji komunikace u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vědeckými poznatky o poruchách autistického spektra, konkrétně je zde terminologicky vymezena oblast poruch autistického spektra, jejich klasifikace, etiologie, symptomatologie a diagnostika. Také je popsán systém péče o tyto osoby v sociálních službách. Těžištěm druhé kapitoly teoretické části této bakalářské práce je komunikace osob s touto poruchou. Praktická část se zabývá terapeutickou intervencí sociálních pracovníků u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra s důrazem na rozvoj jejich komunikačních dovedností. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno pomocí pěti polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky. Otázky byly rozděleny do kategorií, získaná data byla důsledně analyzována. Kategorie otázek pokládaných v rozhovoru jsou následující: způsoby získávání informací o dítěti, vlastní rozvoj komunikačních dovedností s důrazem na využití alternativní komunikace a pragmatickou jazykovou rovinu, situace náročné pro klienta a reakce na ně, ucelené terapeutické přístupy a postupy požívané sociálními pracovníky, hezké zážitky a úspěchy z terapií.
