Abstract

The bachelor thesis ‚‚The Word and Its Performance for the Audience" focuses on the development of an original text in the context of performative art. Exploring the ways it can be presented and conveyed to an audience. The theoretical part concentrates on the origins and historical context of the literary movement known as the Beat Generation, the emergence and development of performance art, and in the final chapter, it examines the rise and global expansion of the literary genre of slam poetry. The didactic section builds on the theory and principles of using creative writing, interpretation, and improvisation in the classroom. It presents two educational plans for high school students, both based on the national educational framework (RVP) for grammar school. The artistic section describes the author`s project - the performance piece ‚‚Go piss girl". The chapter includes a project annotation, an original literary text inspired by the style of the Beat Generation, and a life-sized reproduction of a girls public restroom. Bakalářská práce ‚‚Slovo a jeho performance před publikem" se věnuje zpracování autorského textu v kontextu performativního umění. Způsobům jeho prezentace a předání publiku. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vznik a historický kontext literárního hnutí Beat Generation, vznik a vývoj performativního umění a v poslední kapitole zkoumá vývoj a globální rozmach literárního hnutí slam poetry. V didaktické části staví na teorii a principu využití tvůrčího psaní, interpretaci a improvizaci ve školním prostředí. Jsou zde navrženy dva pedagogické plány pro žáky střední školy a opírají se o koncepci RVP pro gymnázia. Umělecká část popisuje autorský projekt - uměleckou performance ‚‚Go piss girl". Kapitola obsahuje anotaci projektu, umělecký text, který vychází ze stylu Beat Generation a reprodukci dívčích záchodků v životní velikosti.
