Výchovné cíle v tréninkovém procesu mladých sportovců

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the education of children through football training in categories U5 to U10. The thesis examines the function of education in leisure time and establishes the goals of education in this environment. Furthermore, it maps the taxonomy of educational goals, where they are divided into cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Special attention is paid to the football category of younger preparation, where the characteristics of this period and the content of the training process are analyzed. The thesis also explores the relationship between the sports environment and education, historical theories of individual development, and significant theories of child and youth development in the context of sports. Importantly, leisure activities, specifically football as a leisure activity for children, are investigated. Educational and training methods are described with an emphasis on verbal, demonstrative, and skill-practical methods. The practical part of the thesis includes model training sessions focusing on affective goals and their implementation in the training process. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the findings and provides recommendations for coaches working with the youngest football players. KEYWORDS Hobby, education, educational goals, training...

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výchovu dětí prostřednictvím fotbalového tréninku v kategoriích U5 až U10. Práce zmiňuje funkci výchovy ve volném čase a cíle výchovy v tomto prostředí. Dále práce mapuje taxonomie výchovných cílů rozdělených do oblastí kognitivních, psychomotorických a afektivních. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována fotbalové kategorii mladší přípravky, kde je analyzována charakteristika tohoto období a obsah tréninkového procesu. Práce také popisuje vztah mezi sportovním prostředím a výchovou, historické teorie vývoje jedince a významné teorie vývoje dětí a mládeže v kontextu sportu. Důležitou roli hraje i zájmová činnost, konkrétně fotbal jako zájmová činnost pro děti. Metody výchovy a tréninku jsou popsány s důrazem na metody slovní, názorně-demonstrativní a dovednostně praktické. Praktická část práce obsahuje modelové tréninky s důrazem na naplňování afektivních cílů a jejich implementaci do tréninkového procesu. Závěr práce pak shrnuje získané poznatky a doporučení pro trenéry pracující s nejmladšími fotbalovými hráči.
