Logopedická intervence u extrapyramidových onemocnění

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na specifika logopedické intervence u osob s extrapyramidovým onemocněním, konkrétně na Parkinsonovu a Huntingtonovu nemoc. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, a to teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část diplomové práce definuje pojem extrapyramidová onemocnění, Parkinsonova nemoc, Huntingtonova nemoc. Tyto kapitoly obsahují poznatky z oblasti etiopatogeneze, symptomatologie, diagnostiky, terapie a dysfagie u konkrétního onemocnění. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na logopedickou intervenci u extrapyramidových onemocnění (diagnostika a terapie), neurogenní dysfagii (včetně presbyfagie) a získanou neurogenní dysartrii. Empirická část diplomové práce je realizována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumného designu - případových studií. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit, popsat a prozkoumat specifika logopedické intervence u pacientů s extrapyramidovým onemocněním (konkrétně u Parkinsonovy a Huntingtonovy nemoci), kteří jsou hospitalizováni v nemocničním zařízení na oddělení následné péče. Výzkumné šetření je provedené prostřednictvím přímého pozorování práce klinického logopeda na oddělení následné péče, stejně jako analýzou lékařských zpráv a dokumentů. The diploma thesis focuses on the specifics of speech therapy intervention for people with extrapyramidal disease, specifically Parkinson's and Huntington's disease. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines the concept of extrapyramidal diseases, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease. These chapters contain knowledge from the field of etiopathogenesis, symptomatology, diagnosis, therapy and dysphagia in a specific disease. Furthermore, the theoretical part is focused on speech therapy intervention in extrapyramidal diseases (diagnosis and therapy), neurogenic dysphagia (including presbyphagia) and neurogenic dysarthria - acquired. The empirical part of the thesis is implemented using a qualitative research design - case studies. Its main goal is to determine, describe and investigate the specifics of speech therapy intervention in patients with extrapyramidal disease (specifically Parkinson's and Huntington's disease) who are hospitalized in a hospital facility in the aftercare department.
