Specifika logopedické intervence u osob s Huntingtonovou nemocí

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zpracována na logopedické téma specifika logopedické intervence u osob, které trpí onemocněním Huntingtonova nemoc. Skládá se z části teoretické, ve které v rámci tří kapitol čtenáře postupně seznamuje s diagnózou Huntingtonovy nemoci a obecnými poznatky o historii a etiologii onemocnění, vyskytujících se symptomech i diagnostických a terapeutických postupech. Druhá kapitola probírá narušenou komunikační schopnost u osob s Huntingtonovou nemocí. Shrnuje poznatky o kognitivně komunikačních poruchách, dysartrii a dysfagii. Třetí kapitola řeší poznatky o samotné logopedické intervenci u dotyčných klientů. Ve svém obsahu probírá jak náležitosti a možnosti diagnostiky zmiňovaných deglutačních a komunikačních narušení, tak i poznatky týkající se poskytování logopedické terapie dle přítomných NKS a poruch polykání. Poslední kapitola je věnována výzkumné části závěrečné práce. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativním přístupem za pomoci metodologie zakotvené teorie. Data byla získána za pomoci celkem devatenácti polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů. Dotázáni byli dva kliničtí logopedi a sedmnáct respondentů, kteří mají s diagnózou Huntingtonova nemoc zkušenost buďto z pozice pečující osoby, nebo samotného nositele neuro-degenerativního onemocnění. The diploma thesis is elaborated on the speech therapy topic, the specifics of speech therapy intervention for people suffering from Huntington's disease. It consists of a theoretical part, in which, within three chapters, the reader is gradually introduced to the diagnosis of Huntington's disease and general knowledge about the history and etiology of the disease, the occurring symptoms and diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The second chapter discusses impaired communication skills in people with Huntington's disease. Summarizes findings on cognitive-communication disorders, dysarthria and dysphagia. The third chapter deals with findings about speech therapy intervention itself for the clients in question. In its content, it discusses both the requirements and possibilities of diagnosis of the mentioned deglutition and communication disorders, as well as knowledge regarding the provision of speech therapy according to the present communication disorders and swallowing disorders. The last chapter is devoted to the research part of the thesis. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach using grounded theory methodology.
