Efektivita využití kompenzačních pomůcek pro zrakově postižené

Abstract

Rigorous work deals with the effectiveness of the use of compensatory aids for the visually impaired. The introductory chapters address the issue of visual impairment, the mapping of the condition in the area of rehabilitation and compensatory aids for the visually impaired, the legislative conditions to obtain them and the possibilities to support citizens with visual impairment in adulthood. The research investigation was, on the basis of interviews, analysis of documents and case methods identified the effectiveness of the use of the various types and types of rehabilitation and compensatory aids, their important role and irreplaceable position in the life of people with visual disabilities, including data on the most frequented, preferred aids, managing the operation of aids using state financial subsidies for their acguisition and use of Braille by visually impaired people in the context of the rapid také-up of digital technology in the area of information and communication in the 1990s with eventual influence of their written speach. Rigorózní práce se zabývá efektivitou využití kompenzačních pomůcek pro zrakově postižené. Úvodní kapitoly se věnují problematice zrakového postižení, zmapování stavu v oblasti rehabilitačních a kompenzačních pomůcek pro zrakově postižené, legislativním podmínkám k jejich získání a možnostem podpor občanům se zrakovým postižením v dospělosti. Výzkumným šetřením byla na základě rozhovorů, analýzy dokumentů a kazuistických metod zjištěna efektivita využití různých druhů a typů rehabilitačních a kompenzačních pomůcek, jejich významná role a nezastupitelná pozice v životě osob se zrakovým postižením včetně údajů o nejvíce frekventovaných, preferovaných pomůckách, zvládání obsluhy pomůcek s využitím státních finančních subvencí k jejich pořízení a využití Braillova písma zrakově handicapovanými osobami v kontextu razantního nástupu digitální technologie do oblasti informací a komunikace v 90. letech dvacátého století s eventuálním ovlivněním jejich písemného projevu. Výsledek výzkumu ukázal, že rehabilitační a kompenzační pomůcky pro zrakově postižené zastávají v životě osob se zrakovým postižením významnou roli a nezastupitelné místo.
