Problémy učitelské profesní etiky v předškolním vzdělávání v České republice

Abstract

The thesis deals with the issues of teachers' professional ethics and maps the problems and complexities of the ethical dimension of pedagogical work. The first specific objective is to explore the moral value orientation of teachers and preschools in which they operate. The second specific objective is to describe the ethical dilemmas they encounter and their strategies for resolution. This description is supplemented by the author's perspective. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, basic concepts and theories related to ethics, philosophy of education, pedagogy, psychology, and sociology are explained. The first section describes the fundamental approaches to ethics and the philosophical view of the essence of education. It also outlines the issues of ethical codes. The second section focuses on educational processes and their factors. Emphasis is placed on the role of the educator in these processes and their competencies. It also describes the specifics of preschool-aged children and the role of the family and the broader social environment in their socialization. Diplomová práce se zabývá problémy učitelské profesní etiky a klade si za cíl zmapovat problematiku a komplexnost etického rozměru pedagogické práce. Prvním dílčím cílem je prozkoumat hodnotovou orientaci pedagogů a mateřských škol, ve kterých působí. Druhým dílčím cílem je popsat etická dilemata, se kterými se setkávají, a jejich strategie řešení. Tento popis je doplněn o perspektivu autorky práce. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a části empirické. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a teorie týkající se etiky, filosofie výchovy, pedagogiky, psychologie i sociologie. V první části tato část popisuje základní přístupy k etice a filosofický pohled na podstatu výchovy. Také nastiňuje problematiku etických kodexů. Ve druhé části se zaměřuje na edukační procesy a jejich činitele. Důraz klade na roli pedagoga v těchto procesech a jeho kompetence. Dále popisuje specifika dítěte předškolního věku a roli rodiny i širšího sociálního prostředí v jeho socializaci. Nakonec stručně vysvětluje roli mateřské školy a její specifika jakožto vzdělávací instituce. V empirické části je popsána metodika výzkumu a jsou položeny čtyři výzkumné otázky, které vychází z cílů práce.
