Téma holocaustu zprostředkováno žákům mladšího školního věku na 1. stupni ZŠ prostřednictvím práce s knihou

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyse appropriate literature containing the topic of the Holocaust and to sensitively convey the topic to pupils of younger school age. The topic of the Holocaust is very challenging and requires a special approach, especially when dealing with younger pupils. Therefore, the first chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the younger school-age child, his cognitive, emotional and value development. Next, the theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of literature for children and young people, its functions and typical genres. It also gets to the definition of the theme of the Holocaust in the Framework Curriculum for Primary Education and discusses the theme of the Holocaust in literature for children and youth. The final chapter of the theoretical part first defines reading literacy and its development. In the context of literacy development, the chapter characterizes the Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking program and describes selected methods of this program that will be used later in the research part of the thesis. Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat vhodnou literaturu obsahující téma holocaustu a citlivé zprostředkování tématu žákům mladšího školního věku. Téma holocaustu je velmi náročné a vyžaduje zvláštní přístup, zejména pokud se jedná o mladší žáky. První kapitola teoretické části je proto zaměřena na charakteristiku dítěte mladšího školního věku, jeho kognitivní, emoční a hodnotový vývoj. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na charakteristiku literatury pro děti a mládež, její funkce a typické žánry. Dostává se také k vymezení tématu holocaustu v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro základní vzdělávání a pojedná o tématu holocaustu v literatuře pro děti a mládež. V závěrečné kapitole teoretické části je nejprve definována čtenářská gramotnost a její rozvoj. V rámci rozvoje čtenářství je v kapitole charakterizován program Čtením a psaním ke kritickému myšlení a jsou zde popsány vybrané metody tohoto programu, které budou později využity ve výzkumné části diplomové práce. Praktická část je rozdělena do několika částí. První část je věnována metodologii akčního výzkumu. V další části je navržen pre-test, který zjišťuje úroveň povědomí o tématu holocaustu u žáků pátého ročníku. Následně jsou didakticky analyzovány vybrané knihy, obsahující téma holocaustu.
