Ochrana zdraví a bezpečí na vybrané střední odborné škole

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of health and safety protection in the environment of a selected secondary vocational school and related health risks and the possibility of accidents. The aim of the work will be to identify weaknesses in the field of health and safety protection at the selected secondary school based on a questionnaire survey and, based on the results, to propose methods and possibilities for increasing awareness of health and safety protection, as the basic conditions for compliance with the rules of health and safety protection at school by the pupils themselves. The output of the work will be not only knowledge of the real situation of practicing health and safety at a selected secondary school, but also a proposal of how to better inform pupils and also involve them in the process of how they themselves can take care of their own health and safety protection in the school environment. Part of the output of the work will also be a recommendation to the school staff in the direction of the adequacy of the methods used to educate pupils in the field of health and safety protection at school. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany zdraví a bezpečí v prostředí vybrané střední odborné školy a s tím spojených zdravotních rizik a možností vzniku úrazů. Cílem práce bude na základě dotazníkového šetření identifikovat slabiny v oblasti ochrany zdraví a bezpečí na vybrané střední škole a na základě výsledků navrhnout způsoby a možnosti zvýšení povědomí o ochraně zdraví a bezpečí, jakožto základní podmínky dodržování pravidel ochrany zdraví a bezpečí na škole samotnými žáky. Výstupem práce tak bude nejen poznání reálné situace praktikování ochrany zdraví a bezpečí na vybrané střední škole, ale také i navržení toho, jak žáky lépe informovat a také zapojit do procesu, jak sami mohou dbát na vlastní ochranu zdraví a bezpečí v prostředí školy. Součástí výstupu práce bude rovněž doporučení pracovníkům školy směrem k dostatečnosti používaných způsobů edukace žáků v oblasti ochrany zdraví a bezpečí na škole. Teoretický základ této diplomové práce vychází z dostupné odborné literatury věnující se tomuto tématu, zároveň se opírá o empirické zkušenosti nabyté z praxe. V diplomové práci bude použito empirického výzkumu, formou dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnili dobrovolníci z řad žáků Střední odborné školy stravování v Říčanech.
