Kazuistika pacienta s dysplazií kyčelního kloubu

Abstract

V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE: The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of congenital hip dysplasia. It is a case study of a patient with this disease. The main aim of the thesis is to describe and describe the congenital developmental disorder of the hip joint and to record the development of the disease from birth to the current state through case studies of individual patients and then to compare them with each other. In addition, to gain insights from a healthcare professional that could be of benefit to both patients with this type of condition and parents of patients. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to a detailed description of the disease. The description includes definition, division, occurrence, manifestations of the disease and methods of treatment. The practical part deals with the analysis of the disease in a particular individual. The research was conducted primarily through the medical reports of two patients. The patients were further compared with each other. Based on the information from the theoretical part and the medical reports, I then compiled interview questions for the physiotherapist. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vrozené kyčelní dysplazie. Jedná se o případovou studii pacienta s tímto onemocněním. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat a přiblížit vrozenou vývojovou poruchu kyčelního kloubu a prostřednictvím kazuistik jednotlivých pacientů zaznamenat vývoj onemocnění od narození až po současný stav a následně je mezi sebou porovnat. Dalším cílem je získat poznatky z praxe od odborného pracovníka ve zdravotnictví, které by mohly být přínosné jak pro pacienty s tímto typem onemocnění, tak pro rodiče pacientů. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část je věnována podrobnému popisu onemocnění. Popis zahrnuje definici, dělení, výskyt, projevy onemocnění a metody léčby. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou onemocnění u konkrétních jedinců. Výzkum probíhal především prostřednictvím lékařských zpráv dvou pacientů. Pacienti byli nadále mezi sebou porovnáni. Na základě informací z teoretické části a lékařských zpráv jsem pak sestavovala otázky do rozhovoru s fyzioterapeutkou. Z rozhovoru jsem se snažila zjistit hlavně informace z praktického hlediska, které nejsou uvedeny v odborných publikacích, ale jsou stěžejní pro život pacienta s tímto typem onemocnění. Rozhovor je nadále doplněn o další informace týkající se tohoto onemocnění.
