Změny v technice plaveckého způsobu kraul u dětí mladšího školního věku v plaveckém oddíle Brandýs nad Labem

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate, based on observation and testing, the swimming technique of crawling in children of younger school age before the start and after the end of the swimming course in the swimming section. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the history of the swimming crawl, the meaning of swimming, swimming lessons, a description of the swimming crawl technique, the clarification of the most frequently occurring errors in this swimming method and the characteristics of children of younger school age. The practical part consists of a description of the research and an analysis of the results. Several research methods were used to prepare the work. The method of compilation, observation, testing, scaling, and to process the results, a statistical method of analyzing the data obtained. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě pozorování a testování zhodnotit techniku plaveckého způsobu kraul u dětí mladšího školního věku před zahájením a po ukončení plaveckého kurzu v plaveckém oddílu. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historií plaveckého způsobu kraul, významem plavání, plaveckou výukou, popisem techniky plaveckého způsobu kraul, upřesněním nejčastěji se vyskytujících chyb u tohoto plaveckého způsobu a charakteristikou dětí mladšího školního věku. Praktická část je tvořena popisem výzkumu a rozborem zjištěných výsledků. Ke zpracování práce bylo využito několik výzkumných metod. Metoda kompilace, pozorování, testování, škálování, a ke zpracování výsledků statistická metoda analýzy získaných dat.
