Skupinová dynamika na soustředění dětského pěveckého sboru

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor thesis falls within the field of leisure time pedagogy. It explores not only the relationships between the members of Sušice children's choir but also their development over time. In the theoretical chapters I focus on leisure education, play, summer camps and the Sušice children's choir. In the practical part I deal with the preparation and implementation of a summer camp with emphasis on group dynamics. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to observe and describe the progress of relationships within the members of SDS during the summer camp. Group dynamics will be described with the consideration of newcomers and their inclusion into the existing group. Based on interviews and observations, it is concluded that the choice of activities contributed to the development of group's relationships. Due to the composition of the teams and the choice of activities, the newcomers were successfully integrated into the existing group.

Téma bakalářské práce spadá do oblasti pedagogiky volného času. Zabývá se vývojem vztahů ve skupině zájmového útvaru Sušického dětského sboru. V teoretických kapitolách se zabývám výchovou ve volném čase, hrou, letními tábory a Sušickým dětským sborem. V praktické části se věnuji přípravě a realizaci letního soustředění s důrazem na skupinovou dynamiku. Cílem bakalářské práce je sledovat a popsat vývoj vztahů členů SDS během letního soustředění. Skupinová dynamika bude popisována s ohledem na zařazení nováčků do stávající skupiny. Na základě pozorování a rozhovorů dochází ke zjištění, že volba aktivit přispěla k vývoji vztahů. Díky skladbě týmů a volbě aktivit se podařilo začlenit nováčky do stávajícího kolektivu.
