Proměna závislostního chování u vybraných uživatelů ilegálních drog vlivem pandemie COV-19

Abstract

The diploma thesis was created with the aim of mapping the effect of the cov-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown on the use of illegal substances among selected respondents. It was possible to compare the situation in detail with the pre-Covid period, because the respondents had already collaborated in the previous bachelor's thesis. It is a qualitative research in which thematic analysis is applied as a research method. The theoretical part of the thesis elaborates addiction and addictive behavior, the developmental point of view, relevant theories of pathological behavior in the context of drug addiction, the development of the cov-19 pandemic and drug policy in the Czech Republic, and the treatment and cessation of addiction. The research of the practical part is based on the statements of 10 participants of a semi-structured interview. The individual parts consist of a medallion of the respondents (information about the respondents from the previous bachelor's thesis), general information, the impact of the cov-19 pandemic on employment and education, partner and family relationships during the pandemic, free time and interests of the participants, addictive substances in the context of the cov-19 pandemic 19 and mental state during the cov-19 pandemic. Diplomová práce byla vytvořena s cílem zmapovat vliv pandemie cov-19 a následného lockdown na užívání ilegálních látek u vybraných respondentů. Situaci bylo možné detailně porovnat s předkovidovým obdobím, protože s respondenty bylo spolupracováno již v předešlé bakalářské práci. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum, ve kterém je aplikována jako výzkumná metoda tematická analýza. Teoretická část práce rozpracovává závislost a závislostní chování, vývojové hledisko, relevantní teorie patologického chování v kontextu drogové závislosti, vývoj pandemie cov-19 a drogové politiky v ČR a léčbu i ukončování závislosti. Výzkum praktické části je založen na výpovědích 10 participantů polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Jednotlivé části se skládají z medailonku respondentů (informace o tázaných z předchozí bakalářské práce), obecných informací, dopadu pandemie cov-19 na zaměstnání i vzdělání, partnerských a rodinných vztahů během pandemie, volného času a zájmů participantů, návykových látek v kontextu pandemie cov-19 a psychického rozpoložení během pandemie cov-19. Primární zkoumanou ideou bylo, zdali lockdown vedl k výraznému zhoršení závislostního chování. Podrobnou analýzou dat bylo zjištěno, že u vybraných respondentů nedošlo k většinovému zhoršení závislostního chování na ilegálních látkách. Dále byl šetřen vliv...
