Komunikace mezi pedagogickými pracovníky a vedením na konkrétní základní škole.

Abstract

This thesis focuses on communication in a primary school between management and teaching staff. The theoretical part defines the concepts of communication, spoken communication, i.e. face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, meetings and written communication, i.e. e-mail communication. Furthermore, the concepts of school management and teaching staff are defined. The practical part describes the research sample of the selected primary school and further consists of a questionnaire survey to find out the type of communication prevalent in the school, its frequency and the preferences of the type of communication among the management and teaching staff. This was supplemented by semi-structured interviews, these were conducted with one respondent each from the respondent group i.e. one first grade teacher, one second grade teacher, one teaching assistant and one representative from the management. The survey revealed that the most preferred and also dominant form of communication was email communication, then face-to-face meeting was preferred, on the contrary, telephone call was not the preferred type of communication and there was a disagreement between the management and teaching assistants who were more comfortable with this type of communication with first and second grade teachers. Tato práce se věnuje komunikaci na základní škole mezi vedením a pedagogickými pracovníky. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy komunikace, komunikace mluvená tedy osobní schůzky, telefonní hovory, porady a písemnou tedy komunikaci e-mailovou. Dále jsou definovány pojmy vedení školy a pedagogická pracovník. V praktické části je popsán výzkumný vzorek vybraná základní škola a dále se skládá z dotazníkového šetření, ve kterém bylo zjištěno, jaký typ komunikace na dané škole převládá, na jeho četnost a na preference typu komunikace u vedení a pedagogických pracovníků. To bylo doplněno o polostrukturované rozhovory, ty byly provedeny vždy s jedním z respondentů z dotazované skupiny tedy s jedním učitelem prvního stupně, druhého stupně, jedním asistentem pedagoga a jedním zástupcem z vedení. Z šetření vyplynulo, že nejpreferovanější a také dominantní typ komunikace je e- mailová komunikace, poté byla preferovaná osobní schůzka, naopak telefonní hovor nebyl preferovaný typ komunikace a u porad se neshodlo vedeni a asistenti pedagoga, kterým tento typ komunikace spíše vyhovuje s učiteli prvního a druhého stupně. To je z toho důvodu, že vedení preferuje osobní kontakt více jak neosobní e-maily a asistenti pedagoga na porady nemusí chodit, dostávají informace přes prostředníka, kterým speciální...
