Podpora nadaných žáků na 1. stupni základních škol v okrese Kolín

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the system of support for gifted pupils in elementary schools with an emphasis on the 1st grade of elementary schools. The aim of the work is to help pedagogues to better understand this issue. The aim of the theoretical part of the work is to describe, based on the available knowledge from the professional literature, how the identification and support of gifted pupils should take place. The theoretical part characterizes the gifted student, defines the concept of giftedness, describes the basic models of giftedness, the typology and manifestations of gifted students, and describes the possibilities of working with gifted students. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis analyzes individual legislative measures and school policy documents that describe the education of gifted pupils in the Czech Republic. The work characterizes the participating system of support for gifted students and their mutual cooperation. The goal of the research investigation was to answer the question of how the education of gifted elementary school pupils in the Kolín district is carried out. Diplomová práce se zaobírá systémem podpory nadaných žáků na základních školách s akcentem na 1. stupeň základních škol. Snahou práce je pomoci pedagogickým pracovníkům k lepšímu porozumění této problematiky. Cílem teoretické části práce je popsat, na základě dostupných poznatků z odborné literatury, jakým způsobem by měla probíhat identifikace a podpora nadaných žáků. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku nadaného žáka, definuje pojem nadání, popisuje základní modely nadaní, typologii a projevy nadaných žáků a vystihuje možnosti práce s nadanými žáky. Dále teoretická část práce analyzuje jednotlivá legislativní opatření a dokumenty školské politiky, které popisují vzdělávání nadaných žáků v České republice. Práce charakterizuje systém podpory nadaných žáků a jejich vzájemnou spolupráci jeho jednotlivých článků. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zodpovědět otázku, jak probíhá vzdělávání nadaných žáků základní školy v okrese Kolín. Pro sběr dat byla využita metoda dotazníkového šetření učitelů 1. stupně základních škol, mezi členy vedení základních škol a polostrukturovaný rozhovor s pracovnicí pedagogicko-psychologické poradny. Výzkum ukázal, že podpora nadaných žáků v okrese Kolín je stále nedostatečná a nesystematická. Nadaní žáci momentálně nejsou prioritou základních škol. Převážná...
