Spolupráce rodiny a školy u znevýdněných žáků

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on monitoring the quality of cooperation between family and teachers of disadvantaged students. The parental side examines the interest in education and care of their child. From the teacher's side is monitored the level of communication and support towards parents. The whole research is accomplished within the Ustecky region in the Czech Republic with the main focus on excluded locations. Research is using the following methods: questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The results can provide interesting insight into the level of awareness of parents living in the excluded localities about their children's education and the level of mutual cooperation between parents and school with the aim of enriching and educating younger generations. For the child's development it is necessary to create a safe space. The basics for creating a safe environment is the synchronization of interests of parents, teachers and the teaching methods. Mutual cooperation between parents and teachers is the basis for success in a child's education. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis there is a summarisation of ten short recommendations on how to cooperate. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sledování kvality spolupráce rodiny a školy u znevýhodněných žáků. Ze strany rodičů je zkoumán zájem o vzdělání a péči u svého dítěte. U učitelů se sleduje míra komunikace a podpora k rodičům žáků. Celý výzkum se odehrává v Ústeckém kraji, zejména ve vyloučených lokalitách. Výzkum je realizován pomocí metod dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výstup použitých metod poskytuje zajímavý vhled na míru informovanosti rodičů, žijících ve vyloučených lokalitách, o výuce jejich dětí a na míru vzájemné spolupráce rodiče a školy s cílem obohatit a vzdělat mladší generace. Pro rozvoj dítěte je nutné vytvořit bezpečný prostor, jehož základem je synchronizace zájmů rodičů, pedagogů a vyučovacích metod. Vzájemná spolupráce mezi rodiči a pedagogy je základem pro úspěch ve vzdělávání dítěte. Z toho vyplývá závěr celé práce, který je souhrnem krátkých doporučení v tzv. desateru.
