Zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v Libereckém kraji

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením v Libereckém kraji. V úvodní části diplomové práce je teoreticky popsán současný stav řešené problematiky. Je v ní vymezen pojem zdravotní postižení a osoba se zdravotním postižením. Dílčí část se věnuje také trhu práce a postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na něm. V závěru teoretické části jsou představeny nástroje podpory začleňování osob se zdravotním postižením na trh práce a subjekty, které se na něm vyskytují. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje výsledky výzkumu kvantitativního designu, který byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření u osob se zdravotním postižením a u zaměstnavatelů v Libereckém kraji. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování oblasti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v Libereckém kraji. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že zaměstnavatelé považují za tři nejzávažnější faktory ovlivňující zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na otevřeném trhu práce nízké nebo téměř žádné vzdělání OZP (66 respondentů - zaměstnavatelů, tj. 66 %), nedostatek pracovních míst (77 zaměstnavatelů, tj. 77 %) a pověry, mýty a předsudky o OZP. K této možnosti se přiklonilo 63 respondentů - zaměstnavatelů (63 %). Osoby se zdravotním postižením považují za nejzávažnější faktor bránící jejich zaměstnávání na otevřeném trhu práce...

The thesis is focused on employment of persons with disabilities in the Liberec region. The current situation of the main issue is theoretically described in the introduction of the thesis. In this section the terms disability and a person with disability are defined. A section of the thesis is also focused on the job market and the position of persons with disabilities on the said market. The conclusion of the theoretical part of the thesis introduces supporting tools of integration of persons with disabilities to the job market and the present subjects. The practical part of the thesis includes results of a quantitative design research, which was realized through a questionnaire of persons with disabilities and of employers in the Liberec region. The main objective of the thesis is mapping of employment of persons with disabilities in the Liberec region. The results showed that employers consider the three most major factors affecting the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labor market to be low or almost no education of persons with disabilities (66 respondents - employers, i.e. 66 %), the lack of vacancies (77 employers, i.e. 77 %) and superstitions, myths and prejudices about persons with disabilities.
