Abstract

This thesis entitled "Attitudes and views of nurses on practice education in a healthcare organization" deals with the issue of nurse education in practice. The aim of this thesis is to provide theoretical information not only in the area of following professional nurse education but also to provide insights and opinions on this area from nurses within the healthcare organization. The thesis is devided into two main parts. The introduction of the thesis begins with the topic of nursing and mentions the fundamental principles for nurse education. The first part is theoretical and discusses the issue of education in the context of healthcare organisations. Furthermore the importance of knowledge and professional status of a nurse is mentioned in this part along with her competencies. Subsequently, the education of staff in health care organisations is also mentioned in this section and considerable space is given to lifelong learning. The theoretical section then goes on to discuss motivation or quality of provided care. The next part of the thesis is the research part. Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Postoje a názory sester na vzdělávání v praxi ve zdravotnické organizaci" se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání sester v praxi. Cílem této práce je poskytnout teoretické informace nejen z oblasti dalšího profesního vzdělávání sester ale také poskytnou náhled a názory na tuto oblast od sester v rámci jedné zdravotnické organizace. Práce je koncipovaná do dvou hlavních částí. V úvodu práce je představeno téma ošetřovatelství a jsou zmíněny zásadní odůvodnění pro vzdělávání sester. První část je teoretická a pojednává o problematice vzdělávání v kontextu zdravotnických organizací. Dále je v této části zmíněn význam znalostí a profesní postavení sestry spolu s jejími kompetencemi. V této části je následně zmíněno i vzdělávání pracovníků ve zdravotnické organizace a značný prostor je zde vyhrazen pro celoživotní vzdělávání. Teoretická část pak dále věnuje motivaci nebo kvalitě poskytovaní péče. Následující částí práce je výzkumná část. tato část práce pojednává o výzkumném šetření, které bylo v rámci práce prováděno. Snahou výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda mají pracovníci povědomí o možnosti vzdělávání na svém pracovišti a zda považují vzdělávání v praxi za důležité. Dále pak bylo zjišťováno, zda respondenti pociťují přínos vzdělávání v praxi a jaký názor mají na konkrétní formy...
