Sdílená péče pro děti a žáky s poruchami autisteckého spektra

Abstract

Families that take care of children with autistic spectrum disorder contend with everyday mental strain while looking after their child. Situation is even more complicated for lack of social services suitable for autistic spectrum disorder. It forces families to rely on themselves. In response to lack of services in the Czech Republic a new shared care service called homesharing was established by initiative "Naděje pro děti úplňku". Homesharing is a voluntary service and works as follows. An instructed host family looks after a child with autistic spectrum disorder at their place at regular intervals. The service enables an essential time to a rest to primary family. The objective of my diploma thesis called Shared care for children and pupils with autism spectrum disorders is to investigate the experience of host and primary families within the homesharing service. Theoretical part of my diploma thesis describes issues (social services, shared care) linked to autistic spectrum disorders on the basis of reference books. Practical part of my work contains qualitative research, specifically semi-conducted interview. Rodiny pečující o děti s poruchami autistického spektra se potýkají s každodenní psychickou zátěží v oblasti péče a výchovy jejich potomka. Nedostatek sociálních služeb vhodných pro osoby s poruchami autistického spektra jim náročnou životní situaci neusnadňuje, naopak je nutí spoléhat na sebe samotné. Reakcí na nedostatek odlehčovacích služeb vznikla v České republice, iniciativou spolku Naděje pro děti úplňku, služba sdílené péče - homesharing. Homesharing funguje na principu dobrovolnosti, kdy si proškolená hostitelská rodina bere v pravidelných intervalech dítě s poruchou autistického spektra k sobě domů a umožní tak jeho primární rodině čas na nezbytný odpočinek. Cílem diplomové práce na téma Sdílená péče u dětí a žáků s poruchami autistického spektra je mapovat zkušenosti hostitelských a primárních rodin v rámci služby homesharing. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku poruch autistického spektra na základě odborné literatury. Dále se věnuje rodině a dítěti s poruchami autistického spektra, sociálním službám a sdílené péči homesharing. Praktická část práce obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Oslovenými respondenty byli zástupci primárních a hostitelských rodin, kteří jsou do homesharingu zapojeni více než dvanáct měsíců. Závěry výzkumného šetření...
