Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of cooperation between a school and a family during a pandemic. The theoretical part characterizes the "Začít spolu" program, which is based on the cooperation with the family. It presents the Standards of the program, in which it focuses on the area of Family and community. It deals with distance learning and compares the possible forms of communication and cooperation in the full-time form of teaching and also during distance teaching. The practical part of the thesis deals with qualitative and quantitative research, carried out through in-depth interviews and survey, which aims to find out how and in what way the pandemic affected the cooperation of a school and a family and what do the teachers and parents take from it in their future cooperation. Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací školy a rodiny v době pandemie. Teoretická část charakterizuje program Začít spolu, který si zakládá na spolupráci s rodinou. Představuje Mezinárodní profesní rámec kvality ISSA, ve kterém se zaměřuje na oblast Rodina a komunita. Pojednává o distanční výuce a porovnává možné formy komunikace a spolupráce v prezenční formě výuky a také v době distančního vzdělávání. Praktická část práce se zabývá kvalitativním a kvantitativním výzkumem, realizovaným pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů a dotazníkovým šetřením, jehož cílem je zjistit, jak a v čem pandemie ovlivnila spolupráci s rodinou a co si učitelé a rodiče odnášejí do budoucí vzájemné spolupráce.
