Logopedická intervence u dospělých osob s mozkovou obrnou

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the speech therapy among individuals with cerebral palsy and the social aspects of communicative disorders within this group of people. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, divided into two chapters and an empirical part. The first chapter focuses on the diagnosis of cerebral palsy, including its causes, classification and the most common associated disorders. The second chapter focuses on the communicative disability as one of a frequently associated disorders with cerebral palsy. The empirical part of this thesis, which is the focus of the third chapter, consists of the case studies of four respondents with cerebral palsy. Each of these respondents live an independent adult life and in the past they participated in the speech therapy because of their communicative disability. The research had a qualitative character, specifically, methods of observation, structured interview and case studies were used. The main goal of this thesis was an analysis of the way speech therapy is executed among people with cerebral palsy. Partial goals of the thesis were focused on the analysis of social aspects of the communicative disability. Bakalářská práce se zabývá průběhem logopedické intervence u jedinců s mozkovou obrnou a sociálními aspekty narušené komunikační schopnosti u této skupiny osob. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou hlavních kapitol. Kapitola první se podrobněji zaměřuje na diagnózu mozkové obrny, mimo jiné na její etiologii, klasifikaci či nejčastější přidružené poruchy. Kapitola druhá se zabývá narušenou komunikační schopností jako jednou z typických přidružených poruch k mozkové obrně, zejména nejčastějšími vadami řeči. Část empirická, které je věnována kapitola třetí, pracuje s případovými studiemi čtyř respondentů s diagnózou mozkové obrny, kteří v současnosti žijí samostatný dospělý život, a v minulosti u nich z důvodu narušené komunikační schopnosti probíhala logopedická intervence. Výzkumné šetření bylo charakteru kvalitativního, konkrétně byly použity metody pozorování, strukturovaný rozhovor a případové studie. Hlavním cílem práce byla analýza průběhu logopedické intervence u skupiny těchto osob. Další, dílčí cíle výzkumného šetření se orientovaly na analýzu vlivu narušené komunikační schopnosti na sociální začlenění. Ze závěrů práce a výzkumného šetření lze shrnout, že nejčastější řečovou vadou, přidruženou k mozkové obrně, je dysartrie a dále dyslalie....
