Edukační technologie v práci předškolních dětí s onkologickým onemocněním

Abstract

The diploma thesis in the theoretical level gives attention to the appropriate use of information technology in educating preschool children who are educated in hospitals or kindergartens at hospitals. Furthermore, the work focuses on the health issues, the impact of the disease on the child's psyche and the effects of hospitalization and long-term stay of the child in the hospital on his current life. The theoretical part of the thesis describes various types of digital technologies that are used in the educational process for preschool children nowadays. At the end of the theoretical part there are described selected cancer illnesses of children, which are often treated in FN Motol. In the introduction to the practical part of the work, the Motol University Hospital itself is described in more detail, including basic information about its history and current functioning. The practical part of the work is based on the use of digital technologies in the education of children hospitalized in the Department of Oncology of the University Hospital in Motol where the technical means most often used in long-term hospitalized children were found out not only in education, but in relation to spending their free time in hospital. Diplomová práce se v teoretické rovině věnuje problematice vhodného využití informačních technologií u předškolních dětí, které jsou vzdělávány v nemocnicích nebo mateřských školách při nemocnicích působících. Dále se práce zabývá problematikou zdraví a vlivu nemoci na psychiku dítěte a vlivu hospitalizace a dlouhodobého pobytu dítěte v nemocnici na jeho stávající život. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány různé druhy digitálních technologií, které jsou v současné době využívány ve vzdělávacím procesu u předškolních dětí. V závěru teoretické části práce jsou popsána nádorová onemocnění dětí, která jsou často léčena ve FN Motol. V úvodu praktické části práce je blíže popsána samotná FN Motol včetně základních informací o její historii a současném fungování. Praktická část práce se opírá o využití digitálních technologií ve vzdělávání dětí hospitalizovaných na onkologickém oddělení Fakultní nemocnice v Motole, kdy byly zjišťovány technické prostředky nejčastěji využívané u dlouhodobě hospitalizovaných dětí nejen v rámci vzdělávání, ale ve vztahu na trávení volného času v nemocnici. Na základě osobní zkušenosti byl vypracován desetidenní vzdělávací program, který byl následně aplikován u vybraných dětských pacientů ve FN Motol.
