Práce s atypickou dětskou skupinou se zaměřením na rozvoj sociálních dovedností

Abstract

This Diploma thesis focuses on the development of social skills in an atypical child group, particularly in the children`s homes groups. The goal of this research is to find out, whether a social skills programme can be implemented in the specific group. Further it is aiming to identify deficits in social skills of these children and to create activities, that would help with those areas to develop. The theoretical part deals with social skills and psychosocial development of children in primary school age. This part also focuses on the development specifics of children growing up in children`s homes and the principles and policies of work with the child group and the options of the children development. The empiric part contains the description of the methodology and analysis of the obtained data. In its first half, the empiric part focuses on the analysis of the extracts from the survey of work with the children. In its second half, it analyses the topics, that were frequently appearing in the survey. The thesis is enriched by detailed case studies of the children and extracts from the research diary. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozvoj sociálních dovedností u atypické dětské skupiny, konkrétně u skupiny dětí v dětském domově. Cílem výzkumného šetření je zjistit, zda lze u této specifické skupiny provést program se zaměřením na rozvoj sociálních dovedností. Dále se snaží identifikovat oslabené oblasti sociálních dovedností u těchto dětí a vytvořit aktivity, které by dané oblasti podpořily a rozvíjely. Teoretická část pojednává sociálních dovednostech o psychosociálním vývoji dětí v mladším školním věku. Jsou zde popsána specifika vývoje u dětí vyrůstajících v dětském domově, a také zásady práce s dětskou skupinou a možnosti rozvoje sociálních dovedností u dětí. Empirická část obsahuje popis metodologického designu, prezentaci a analýzu získaných dat na základě pozorování a práce s dětmi. V první části se zabývá analýzou úryvků z pozorování dětí při cílené práci a v druhé části analyzuje téma, která se v průběhu výzkumného šetření objevovala nejčastěji. Práce je obohacena o podrobné kazuistiky dětí a úryvky z výzkumného deníku, který byl veden po celou dobu práce s dětmi. Ve výsledcích jsou popsány konkrétní oblasti sociálních dovedností, ve kterých děti selhávají a dále jsou zde reflektována témata mající vliv na úspěšnost systematické práce s dětmi.
