Specifika lingvistických afázií: případová studie

Abstract

This Master Thesis deals with a typology of aphasia (Broca's, Wernicke's, conductive, transcortical-motor and sensory) and also with various variables that affect the type of aphasia. The thesis also deals with linguistics specifics of aphasia symptoms (circulation, perseveration, semantic and phonemic paraphasias, agramatism). In a practical part of the thesis, the symptoms of aphasia are observed in particular aphasic patients while their speech has been recorded. Tato diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá typologií afázií (Brocova, Wernickeho, konduktivní, transkortikální motorická a senzorická ad.) a také různými proměnnými, které mají na ustavení daného typu afázie vliv. Dále se zabývá lingvistickými specifiky jednotlivých symptomů afázií (cirkumlokuce, perseverace, sémantické a fonemické parafázie, agramatismy ad.). V praktické části práce pak jsou tyto symptomy afázií sledovány u konkrétních afatiků, jejichž mluvený projev byl nahrán na záznamové zařízení.
