Logopedická intervence u dospělých osob s kognitivně-komunikačními deficity

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of speech therapy intervention in adults with cognitive-communication deficits. The work consists of theoretical and empirical parts, which together form five chapters. The theoretical part contains four chapters. The first chapter briefly characterizes the issue of cognitive-communication deficits. In the following chapters, the thesis also presents selected types of diseases that are related to the empirical part of the work. The fourth chapter describes speech therapy intervention in these diseases. The last chapter is the empirical part of the work. For the implementation of the research, a qualitative research survey was taken. Using case studies, speech therapy intervention in adults with cognitive-communication deficits was described and then its two components - speech diagnostics and therapy - were evaluated. In addition to the case study, methods of semi-structured interview, participatory observation and document data collection were used to obtain outputs. Diplomová práce se zabývá způsobem realizace logopedické intervence u dospělých osob s kognitivně-komunikačními deficity. Text práce je rozdělen na část teoretickou a empirickou, které společně tvoří pět kapitol. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly. V první kapitole stručně charakterizuje problematiku kognitivně-komunikačních deficitů. Dále podrobně představuje vybrané typy onemocnění, které souvisejí s empirickou částí práce. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje logopedickou intervenci u daných onemocnění. Poslední kapitola představuje empirickou část práce. Pro realizaci výzkumu bylo zvoleno kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. Pomocí případových studií byla popsána logopedická intervence u dospělých osob s kognitivně-komunikačními deficity a následně byly zhodnoceny její dvě složky - logopedická diagnostika a terapie. Kromě kazuistiky byly využity metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, zúčastněného pozorování a sběru dat z dokumentů.
