Průběh rané intervence u dítěte se sluchovým postižením

Abstract

The thesis deals with the course of the early intervention in children with a hearing impairment. The main goal of this work is to map the services of early intervention in the Czech Republic, specifically in the vicinity of its capital. One of the goals is to evaluate these services from the perspective of both the parents and the professionals. The theoretical part deals with the child's personality and the initial period of his/her life, including its historical concept and importance in the family. The chapter is devoted to early intervention itself, discussing its importance, objectives and legislative inclusion. Part of this work is also devoted to the history and individual ministries that provide their services to families and children with hearing impairments. The following chapters deal with the offered possibilities of education of children with a hearing impairment and diagnostics of hearing defects, as well as compensatory aids, therapy and communication systems. The practical part mainly concerns the course of evaluation of early intervention, including early care services in the Center for Children's Hearing Tamtam, o. p. s. The results of the research survey were processed from interviews with parents and early care counselors.

Diplomová práce se zabývá průběhem rané intervence u dětí se sluchovým postižením. Hlavním cílem této závěrečné práce je zmapování poskytovaných služeb rané intervence v České republice, konkrétně v okolí jejího hlavního města. Dílčím cílem pak je zhodnocení těchto služeb z pohledu rodičů i odborníka. Teoretická část se v úvodu zabývá osobností dítěte a počátečního období jeho života, nebylo opomenuto ani jeho historické pojetí či důležitost v rodině. Následuje kapitola věnována samotné rané intervenci, která pojednává o jejím významu, cílech a legislativním začlenění. Část této práce je věnována také historii a jednotlivým resortům, které poskytují své služby rodinám a dětem se sluchovým postižením. Další kapitoly se zabývají nabízenými možnostmi vzdělávání dětí se sluchovým postižením a diagnostikou sluchových vad, zahrnují rovněž kompenzační pomůcky, terapii i komunikační systémy. Praktická část se týká především průběhu a hodnocení rané intervence včetně služeb rané péče v Centru pro dětský sluch Tamtam, o. p. s. Výsledky výzkumného šetření byly zpracovány z uskutečněných rozhovorů s rodiči a poradkyní rané péče.
