Význam studentské pedagogické praxe pro rozhodování o vstupu do profese

Abstract

Cílem předložené práce je zmapovat problematiku pedagogické praxe s ohledem na její význam při rozhodování budoucích učitelů o nastoupení či nenastoupení do profese, zhodnotit její přínos pro studenty a nastínit možné změny v pregraduální přípravě učitelů. Předložený text obsahuje dvě stěžejní části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretickou část tvoří kapitoly zabývající se odbornou přípravou budoucích učitelů. V rámci první kapitoly jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy ve sledované oblasti. Druhá kapitola navazuje na obecnou charakteristiku pedagogické praxe jako na nedílnou součást studia učitelství. Jádro textu pak tvoří pasáž, jejíž obsah je speciálně zaměřen na popis zvláštního významu profesní přípravy budoucích učitelů. Design výzkumného šetření v praktické části vychází z kvalitativní metodologie, primárně jde o využití metody explanační (vysvětlující) případové studie. Sběr dat je realizován prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s jednotlivými studenty, kdy je sbíráno velké množství dat od několika málo respondentů. Důkladné prozkoumání malého vzorku respondentů napomůže porozumění případům podobným. Dále byly v teoretické části vymezeny klíčové pojmy s tématem související. The aim of the presented work is to map the issue of pedagogical practice regarding its importance in the decision-making of future teachers about entering or not entering the profession, evaluate its benefits for students and outline possible changes in undergraduate teacher training. The presented text contains two main parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part consists of chapters dealing with the training of future teachers. The first chapter defines the key concepts in the field. The second chapter follows the general characteristics of pedagogical practice as an integral part of the study of teaching. The core of the text then consists of a passage, the content of which is specifically focused on the description of the special importance of the training of future teachers. The design of the research survey in the practical part is based on a qualitative methodology, primarily the use of the method of explanatory case study. Data collection is realized through semi-structured interviews with individual students, where a large amount of data is collected from a few respondents.
