Profesní orientace, předpoklady a schopnosti adolescentů s poruchou chování

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o profesní orientaci, schopnostech a předpokladech adolescentů s poruchou chování. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je profesní orientace adolescentů s poruchou chování a porovnávání předpokladů a schopností těchto adolescentůs jejich profesní aspirací. Dílčím cílem této práce je analýza fluktuace (stálosti) jejich směřování. První část práce je věnována teoretickému základu. Druhá část je věnována samotnému výzkumu, který byl proveden za pomoci Bochumského osobnostního dotazníku, Dotazníku volby povolání a plánování profesní kariéry a nestandardizovaného dotazníku.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the professional orientation, the assumptions and the ability of adolescents with behavioural disorder. The main aim of this work is to discover whatthe professional orientation of adolescents with behavioural disorders is and compare the assumptions and abilities of these adolescents with their professional aspirations. A partial goalof this work is to analyse the fluctuation (stability) of their direction. The first part of the thesisis devoted to the theoretical basis. The second part is devoted to the research itself that was done using the Bochum's Business-Focused Inventory of Personality, the Self-Directed Searchand a non-standardized questionnaire.
