Zkušenosti homosexuálních učitelů a učitelek na českých základních školách

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Zkušenosti homosexuálních učitelů a učitelek na českých základních školách" hledá odpověď na otázku, jak homosexuální učitelé nakládají ve své pedagogické praxi se svou sexuální orientací. Od tohoto se poté odvíjí další otázky, a to především, jak vnímají homosexuální vyučující svou sexuální orientaci ve vztahu k pedagogické praxi, jak moc jsou otevření homosexuální vyučující v pracovním prostředí se svou orientací, zda jsou v této otevřenosti rozdíly ve vztahu ke kolegům, k žákům a k rodičům žáků a jestli se homosexuální vyučující potýkají v pracovním prostředí s nějakými problémy souvisejícími s jejich orientací. V teoretické části práce se věnuji základním faktům a terminologii, související s problematikou sexuality a s problematikou pedagogické profese. V praktické části je realizován kvalitativní výzkum formou rozhovorů s devíti informanty. Na základě tematické analýzy bylo zjištěno, že homosexuální vyučující jsou se svou sexuální orientací spíše otevření a s projevy homofobie se setkávají spíše ojediněle. Homosexuální vyučující si uvědomují skutečnost, že otevřeností mohou zmírnit výskyt homofobie v řadách studujících a zároveň přímo či nepřímo podpořit studující, kteří si coming outem procházejí. My bachelor's thesis "Experiences of LGB teachers in Czech primary schools" seeks to describe how homosexual teachers deal with their sexual orientation in their pedagogical practice. This then raises further questions, in particular, how LGB teachers perceive their sexual orientation in relation to pedagogical practice, how open LGB teachers are in their work environment with their orientation, whether there are differences in this openness in relation to colleagues, to pupils and their parents and whether homosexual teachers face any problems with their orientation in the work environment. In the theoretical part of the thesis I deal with basic facts and terminology related to the issue of sexuality and the issue of the teaching profession. In the practical part, qualitative research is carried out in the form of interviews with nine informants. Based on the thematic analysis it was found that homosexual teachers are more open with their sexual orientation and encounter manifestations of homophobia rather rarely.
