Zkušenost stigmatizace u lidí s afektivní poruchou

Abstract

Záměrem této práce je popsání a porozumění zkušenosti se stigmatizací u lidí, kteří žijí afektivní poruchou. Dalším cílem je identifikace rozličných fenoménů, které při této zkušenosti mohou vyvstávat a jsou pro ni nějakým způsobem zásadní. těchto důvodů jsme se při výzkumu ivní přístup. Jako konkrétní metodu jsme zvolili Interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzu, jelikož ta umožňuje velké zaměření pozornosti na podobu zkušenosti jednotlivých respondentů. Respondenty byli dvě ženy a dva muži ve věku od 20 do 28 a všichni mají zkušenost buď s depresivním onemocněním, nebo bipolární afektivní poruchou. Data jsme získali za pomoci polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a analýza těchto dat pak proběhla na dvou úrovních. Nejprve byla postupně analyzována zkušenost jednotlivých respondentů a její specifika do nejlepšího možného detailu. Následovala analýza témat, která byla několika, či všem respondentům společná a byla pro ně určitým způsobem významná rámci zkoumaného fenoménu. Těmito tématy jsou svěřování se s diagnózou a symptomy, zkušenost okolí s duševním onemocněním, stigmatizační výroky a chování, komplikace partnerských vztazích, komplikace v zaměstnání a předávání své zkušenosti ostatním. The intention of this thesis is description and understanding of experience of stigmatization in people, who live with affective disorders. Another goal is identification of various phenomena, which can occur during this experience and are in some way key for it. For these reasons we decided for qualitative approach in our research. As a specific method we chose the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis, because it allows putting major focus on the form of experience of each individual participant. The participants were two females and two males in the age from 20 to 28 and all of them have experience with depressive disorder or bipolar affective disorder. We acquired the data with the assistance of semi-structured interviews and analysis of this data took place on two levels. First the individual experience of each participant was analyzed with its specifics to the greatest detail possible. Following analysis of themes which were common for few or all participants and were in some way significant to them within the framework of examined phenomenon.
