Systémy domácího vzdělávání v Evropě

Abstract

Home education is a present-day topic of academic and social discussions in Czechia and Europe. However, approaches to this form of education and prevailing arguments in debates significantly vary across the continent according to social traditions as well as historical and present-day developmen t in individual countries. Based on a study of literature, the aim of this article is to introduce the systems of home education to the European geographic view, individually analyzing them in European countries and attempting to outline basic regularities.
