Vytváření datových souborů globálního záření pro referenční klimatické roky na území České republiky =Creation of global radiation data files of the Weather Test Reference Years in the territory of the Czech Republic

Abstract

Článek seznamuje s metodikou vytváření měsíčních datových souborů globálního záření a jeho složek představujících referenční klimatické roky (RKR) na území České republiky v letech 1991-2005. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována odhadu RKR hodinových hodnot globálního, rozptýleného a přímého záření pro jednotlivé dny a roky na páteřních klimatických stanicích, kde se měření těchto radiačních toků neprovádí. Byl vyvinut algoritmus výpočtů za použití vzorců doporučených metodickým návodem SMO, který byl upraven pro reálné podmínky území České republiky. Jako vstupní data do modelu byla použita měření trvání slunečního svitu. Přesnost dat RKR byla testována pomocí přístrojových pozorování slunečního záření, která se provádí na stanicích Českého hydrometeorologického ústavu.

Methodology of creation of the monthly data sets of global radiation and its components representing the WTRY in the territory of the Czech Republic of the period 1991-2005 is presented in the paper. Special attention is paid to estimation of the WTRY hourly values of global, diffuse and direct solar radiation for particular days and years at the backbone climate stations where measurements of these radiation fluxes are not performed. The algorithm of calculations has been developed using the formulae recommended by the guides of the WMO that is adjusted for the Czech geographical and climate condition. Measurements of sunshine duration were used as the input data in the model. Accuracy of the WTRY data was tested by means of instrumental observations of solar radiation performed at the station of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute.
