Vliv počítání skóre na mladší žactvo v systému soutěže Středočeského krajského svazu házené.

Abstract

Práce je zaměřená na problematiku počítání skóre v utkání házené ve Středočeském kraji, a to konkrétně na systém soutěže mladšího žactva. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice sportovní hry, házené, sportovnímu tréninku mládeže, systému soutěže mladších žáků ve Středočeském kraji, sportovnímu výkonu a také se okrajově věnuje postojům a jejich formování. Výzkumná část je v první řadě zaměřena na zpracování a interpretaci výsledků z řízeného rozhovoru se zkušenými trenéry Středočeského krajského svazu házené, kde bude cílem zjistit hlavní záměr pro odebrání veřejného ukazatele skóre ze systému soutěže mladšího žactva. Dále se práce věnuje interpretaci výsledků na základě zpracovaných dotazníků pro hráče, hráčky, rodiče, trenéry a trenérky, které se zabývaly problematikou a preferencí systému soutěže mladšího žactva ve Středočeském kraji. Pomocí analýzy dotazníků a rozhovorů se zkušenými trenéry budou specifikovány silné stránky, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby zavedeného systému soutěže bez veřejného ukazatele skóre v souvislosti s důrazem na rozvoj mládeže v tomto kraji.

The diploma thesis focused on issues of counting scores in handball matches in the Central Bohemia region, specifically on the system of competition for U13 category. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the sport, handball, youth sports training, the system of competition of younger students in the Central Bohemia region, sports performance and also marginally deals with attitudes and their formation. The research part is primarily focused on the processing and interpretation of results from a guided interview with experienced coaches of the Central Bohemia Handball Association, where the aim will be to determine the main purpose for removing the public score indicator from e U13 category competition system. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the interpretation of results based on questionnaires for players, parents and coaches who have dealt with the issue and preferences of the system of competition for younger players in the Central Bohemia region.
