Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem adaptace asistenta pedagoga v mateřské škole.Teoretická část této diplomové práce se zabývá historií pracovní pozice, legislativou a dále také kvalifikačními a osobnostními předpoklady asistenta pedagoga. Další kapitola teoretické části je věnována tomu, jaká je role a náplň práce asistenta pedagoga při jeho práci v mateřské škole. Diplomová práce vymezuje adaptaci spojenouse začátkem nové profese a zabývá se možnostmi mentoringu. Dále popisuje, jaká by měla být spolupráce mezi asistentem pedagoga a učitelem na třídě, případně zmiňuje, jakým chybám by se měli ve spolupráci vyvarovat. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá prací asistenta pedagoga v souvislosti s jednotlivými postiženími a znevýhodněními, se kterými se dnes v mateřskýchškoláchmohou asistenti pedagoga setkávat. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu, kterýbyl prováděn s asistentypedagoga z mateřskýchškol metodou rozhovoru.Zde je uvedena metodologie a popis celého výzkumu i východiska a závěr z něho plynoucí. Diplomová práce má za cíl zjistit,jak dlouho trvá adaptace asistenta pedagoga a jakým způsobem probíhá. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of adaptation of a teaching assistant in a kindergarten. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the history of the job position and legislation,as well as the qualificationandpersonalityof the teaching assistant, and what is his role and content in his work in the kindergarten. The next chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to what the role is and scope of work of the teaching assistant in his work in the kindergarten. The thesis defines the adaptation associated with the beginning of a new profession and deals with the possibilities of mentoring.
