Zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob se sluchovým postižením z pohledu jejich zaměstnavatelů. Úvodní kapitoly teoretické části obsahují uvedení do problematiky sluchového postižení a klasifikaci sluchových vad dle místa vzniku, doby vzniku a stupně postižení. Tato část je také věnována komunikaci a auditivně-orálním a vizuálně- motorickým komunikačním systémům, dále jsou zde popsány specifické projevy osob se sluchovým postižením a tlumočnické služby. Závěr teoretické části pojednává o pracovním uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením, dané problematice a možnostech poskytované podpory osobám se sluchovým postižením na pracovním trhu. Empirická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením na téma zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením. Sběr dat proběhl pomocí metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a získaná data byla následně analyzována prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování. Výzkumný vzorek byl tvořen čtyřmi informanty. Hlavním cílem výzkumného šetření této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat aspekty zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením z pohledu jejich zaměstnavatelů. This bachelor thesis deals with the employment of people with hearing impairments from the perspective of their employers. The introductory chapters of the theoretical part contain an introduction to the issue of hearing impairment and the classification of hearing impairments according to the place of origin, time of origin and degree of disability. This part is devoted to communication and auditory-oral and visual-motor communication systems, it also describes the individual manifestations of people with hearing impairment and interpreting services. The conclusion of the theoretical part of the discussion of the employment of people with hearing impairments, the problems and the possibilities of solving the support of people with hearing impairments in the labor market. The practical part deals with a qualitative research investigation on the employment of people with hearing impairments.
