Abstract

Rigorózní práce Profese asistenta pedagoga na základní škole jeho vlastní perspektivou, vychází z práce diplomové, kde byla předmětem zájmu profese asistenta pedagoga. Pojednávala o asistentech pedagoga z hlediska motivace, která aktéry vedla k výkonu profese, z hlediska nároků na tuto profesi, spolupráce s vyučujícími, žáky a jejich rodiči. Práce také zkoumala postavení/roli asistentů pedagoga ve škole a nahlíží na sebepercepci samotných aktérů. Rigorózní práce je z velké části postavena na tomto základě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části tj. na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části je čtenář nejprve seznámen s trendem inkluzivního vzdělávání, dělením žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a ustanovením podpůrných opatření, do kterých mimo jiné patří i profese asistenta pedagoga. Důraz je kladen také na legislativu a legislativní změny vyhlášky 27/2016 Sb., které jsou platné od začátku roku 2020. Dle které se profese AP změnila například ve způsobu financování, v možnosti sdílení mezi ostatní žáky atd.
