Alzheimerova nemoc a její úskalí z pohledu rodinných pečovatelů

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku týkající se rodinných pečovatelů, kteří ošetřují v domácím prostředí svého blízkého, jež onemocněl Alzheimerovou chorobou. Obor speciální pedagogika se také vztahuje k seniorům, proto lze využít speciálně pedagogických postupů i v této věkové kategorii. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit a popsat obtížnosti, na které ošetřovatelé naráží při přímé péči o rodinného člena, který trpí Alzheimerovou chorobou. Práce je zaměřena na bližší specifikaci Alzheimerovy choroby, příčiny tohoto onemocnění a také na její rizikové faktory. Dále řeší Alzheimerovou chorobu z hlediska stadií nemoci, diagnostiky a terapií. V práci jsou také představeny organizace na pomoc neformálním pečujícím, druhy odlehčovací péče a je zmíněna legislativa. Data ve výzkumném šetření byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s přímými pečovateli v domácím prostředí. This This thesis concentrates on the issues faced by family carers, who take care of their family members diagnosed with the Alzheimer's disease. Special education also relates to seniors and its principles can therefore be used in this age group. The goal of this thesis is to discover and describe challenges faced by the family carers while they support their family members with Alzheimer's. The thesis focuses on the Alzheimer's disease itself, its causes and risk factors. The thesis also concentrates on the origins of the disease, its stages, diagnostics and therapy. Next, psychic and physical burdens of the family carers are depicted. The thesis also introduces organizations that specialize in providing informal support for the family carers and relief care, and disease related legislation is listed.
