Motivační faktory ovlivňující edukaci seniorů

Abstract

Tato rigorózní práce nese název: Motivační faktory ovlivňující edukaci seniorů. Cílem rigorózní práce je na základě odborné literatury popsat a analyzovat oblast stáří v kontextu časové osy seniorského věku s akcentem na edukaci seniorů, didaktické aspekty gerontagogiku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je vymezena problematika stáří multidisciplinárním pohledem. Dále je zde uvedena část o celoživotním učení (vzdělávání) v rámci edukace seniorů, na kterou navazuje část věnovaná didaktickým aspektům v edukaci seniorů. Závěr teoretické části se zaměřuje na specifika vyskytující se v edukaci seniorů. Empirická část této práce je zpracována na základě kombinace kvantitativní a kvalitativní metodologie. Jako nástroj sběru dat bylo použito dotazníkové šetření. Cílem empirického výzkumu je zmapovat faktory ovlivňující edukaci seniorů ve městě Jihlava a formulovat závěry a doporučení pro sledovanou oblast edukace seniorů. V této části práce jsou blíže popsány východiska tohoto empirického výzkumu. Dále je zde uvedeno stanovení výzkumných cílů, otázek a hypotéz. This rigorous thesis is entitled: Motivational factors influencing the education of seniors. The aim of the rigorous thesis is based on the literature to describe and analyse the field of old age in the context of the timeline of senior age with an emphasis on the education of seniors, didactic aspects of gerontagogy. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part defines the issue of old age from a multidisciplinary perspective. Furthermore, there is a section on lifelong learning (education) dealing with the education of seniors, followed by a section devoted to didactic aspects in senior education. The conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on the specifics occurring in the education of seniors. The empirical part of this work is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodology. A questionnaire survey was used as a tool for data collection. The aim of empirical research is to map the factors influencing the education of seniors in the city of Jihlava and to formulate conclusions and recommendations for the monitored area of education of seniors.
