Koordinační schopnosti dětí ve sportovních hrách

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with motoric abilities especially abilities of coordination. The theoretical part is mainly focused on characteristic of motoric abilities and their importance in human life. Another topic of interest is characteristics of sport performance and sports games. The aim of the practical part is to determine the level of coordination abilities of children aged between 11 and 12 in sports games, specifially in football, ice hockey and floorball. The testing was done in teams: FK Čáslav, HC Čáslav and ACEMA Sparta Praha. A test battery of five motoric tests created by Kohoutek was used for the experimental measurements. The results were next compared with the standart for boys aged between 11 and 12 which was created by Kohoutek in his research in 2003. Measured results of coordination abilities of players of sports games are below average in comparison to population average.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá motorickými schopnostmi, primárně schopnostmi koordinačními. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na charakteristiku motorických schopností a jejich význam v životě člověka. Dále je zde uvedena charakteristika sportovního výkonu a sportovních her. Cílem praktické části je zjistit úroveň koordinačních schopností dětí ve věku 11-12 let ve sportovních hrách, a to konkrétně ve fotbalu, ledním hokeji a florbalu. Testování proběhlo v týmu FK Čáslav, HC Čáslav a ACEMA Sparta Praha. Pro měření byla využita testová baterie dle Kohoutka, čítající 5 motorických testů. Výsledky byly následně porovnány s normou, kterou vytvořil Kohoutek pro 11leté a 12leté chlapce ve svém výzkumu v roce 2003. Naměřené výsledky vykazují podprůměrnou úroveň koordinačních schopností hráčů sportovních her v porovnání s populační normou.
