Abstract

Diploma thesis The profession of assistant teacher at the first level of elementary school with his own perspective, deals with the teacher's assistants in terms of motivation, which the actors led to the profession, in terms of demands for this profession, cooperation with teachers, pupils and their parents. The thesis also examines the position / role of teacher assistant at school and looks at the self-perceptions of the actors themselves. The thesis is divided into two parts, ie the theoretical part and the practical part. In the practical part are presented the results of analysis of interviews with teachers' assistants. In the theoretical part, the reader is first acquainted with the trend of inclusive education, the division of pupils with special educational needs and the provision of support measures, including the profession of teacher assistant. Diplomová práce Profese asistenta pedagoga na prvním stupni základní školy jeho vlastní perspektivou, pojednává o asistentech pedagoga z hlediska motivace, která aktéry vedla k výkonu profese, z hlediska nároků na tuto profesi, spolupráce s vyučujícími, žáky a jejich rodiči. Práce také zkoumá postavení/roli asistentů pedagoga ve škole a nahlíží na sebepercepci samotných aktérů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části tj. na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky analýzy rozhovorů s asistenty pedagoga. V teoretické části je čtenář nejprve seznámen s trendem inkluzivního vzdělávání, dělením žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a ustanovením podpůrných opatření, do kterých mimo jiné patří i profese asistenta pedagoga. Dále je čtenář seznámen s teoretickým ukotvením profese asistenta pedagoga, vznikem a vývojem této profese. Dále se v textu pojednává o identitě a profesní identitě aktérů a o odbornostech a osobních předpokladech, které jsou pro výkon profese nezbytné. V textu bylo pro lepší teoretické uchopení profese, nutné shrnout několik českých studií a porovnání se zahraniční praxí.
