Vztahy a postoje adolescentů umístěných v diagnostickém ústavu k formálním autoritám

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is attitudes to authorities of adolescents who are currently in diagnostic institute and their relationships. The theoretic part includes definitions of terms such as authority, adolescence and attitudes and characterisation of diagnostic institutes. These terms are defined as they are crucial for the research in the following empiric section. Therefore it is necessary to explain the way they are viewed in this thesis. The aim of the empiric section is to characterise the relationships of the adolescent boys who have been placed in diagnostic institute by court with the authorities they have met in their lives, most of all the formal authorities. The research in the empiric section characterizes the subjective understanding of participants of their own attitudes towards formal authorities. This research has been executed in diagnostic institute in Prague 2, including 7 boys in the age of 16 to 18 years. Tématem bakalářské práce jsou postoje a vztahy adolescentů, kteří jsou umístěni v diagnostickém ústavu, k autoritám. Teoretická část představuje pojmy autority, adolescence, postojů a charakterizuje diagnostické ústavy. Tyto pojmy jsou v práci popsány proto, že jsou klíčové pro výzkumné šetření popsané v empirické části a je tedy nezbytné vysvětlit, jak jsou v práci pojímány. Hlavním cílem empirické části práce je zmapovat vztahy dospívajících chlapců, kteří jsou umístěni v diagnostickém ústavu na základě rozhodnutí soudu, k autoritám, se kterými se ve svém životě setkávají. Hlavní pozornost byla věnována autoritám formálním. Výzkum popisovaný v empirické části mapuje subjektivní pohled účastníků výzkumu na vlastní postoje k formálním autoritám. Byl uskutečněn v diagnostickém ústavu v Praze 2 a zúčastnilo se jej sedm účastníků ve věku 16-18 let. Výzkum byl designován jako kvalitativní a sběr dat probíhal formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s každým z účastníků. Výsledky ukazují, že postoje adolescentů jsou poměrně stabilní. Když dojde ke změně postoje, jedná se často o důsledek vlivu vrstevníků. Dále výzkum ukazuje, že vztahy k učitelům jsou u cílové skupiny velmi problematické, naopak vztahy k odborným pracovníkům diagnostického ústavu jsou účastníky hodnoceny velmi pozitivně.
