Historie a současnost české komunity ve Francii se zaměřením na spolkový život

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá českou komunitou ve Francii v minulosti a v současné době, celkově se zaměřuje na spolkový život českých krajanů. Cílem práce je získat o tomto tématu základní přehled, najít zajímavé souvislosti a poukázat na významnou roli krajanských spolků pro Čechy žijící ve Francii. Práce vychází z rešerše literárních a internetových zdrojů, z poznatků získaných prostřednictvím dotazníků a dalších konverzací a ze zkušeností autorky práce nabytých při jejím studijním pobytu v Nantes. První část práce podává základní informace o historii české emigrace do Francie, vývoji krajanských spolků a počátcích českých škol a středoškolských sekcí ve Francii. Druhá část práce uvádí přehled současných asociací a dalších institucí, souvisejících s Čechy a s prezentací české kultury ve Francii. Blíže se zabývá činností vybraných česko-francouzských asociací fungujících v různých francouzských regionech, do kterých se čeští krajané mohou aktivně zapojit. Představitelé těchto spolků poskytli vyplněním dotazníku zajímavé informace a postřehy ohledně nejoblíbenějších spolkových aktivit, zájmu krajanů o činnost asociace, kurzů češtiny pro Francouze, možností spolupráce s institucemi z České republiky či budoucího vývoje jejich asociace.

This diploma thesis deals with the Czech community in France in both the past and present. In general, it focuses on the community organizing of Czech compatriots. The aim of the thesis is to gain a fundamental overview of this topic, to find interesting relations, and to point out the importance of compatriot associations for Czechs living in France. The thesis is based on the search in literary and internet sources, the knowledge gained via questionnaires, other conversation and the author's personal experiences during her stay in Nantes. The first part of the thesis provides basic information about the history of Czech emigration to France, the development of compatriot associations, and the start of Czech schools and Czech high-school sections in France. The second part of the thesis introduces the overview of current associations and other institutions related to Czechs and Czech culture in France. It deals, in more detail, with the activity of chosen Franco-Czech associations working in various French regions. These organizations are available for Czech compatriots to join actively.
