Spolupráce s rodinami romských žáků z pohledu pedagogů z Libereckého kraje

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vztah rodiny romského žáka a školy z pohledu pedagoga. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je věnována čtyřem dílčím tématům. První téma se věnuje Romům v české společnosti, je zde uvedena jejich diferenciace, sociální situace Romů, vztah mezi majoritou a minoritou a zejména konflikty mezi majoritou a minoritou. Druhé téma se věnuje romské rodině, a to jak vypadala v minulosti, a jaká je v současnosti. Dále se věnuje výchově dětí dle genderu a vlivu rodiny na školní úspěšnost dítěte. Třetí téma se zabývá vzděláním Romů a to především předškolním, základním a středním vzděláváním. Čtvrté téma popisuje komunikaci s romskými rodiči. Druhá část se zabývá samotným výzkumem. Výzkumnou metodou je metoda kvalitativní a to zejména polostandartizovaný dotazník. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jaká je spolupráce mezi školou a rodinou romského žáka v Libereckém kraji. Celý problém se zkoumá z pohledu pedagoga. Dílčími cíli výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaká je úroveň komunikace mezi školou a rodinami romských žáku, dále zjistit, jaká je domácí příprava romských žáků ze strany rodičů a v poslední řadě zjistit, jaké podpůrné mechanismy učitelé ve spolupráci s rodinami romských žáků využívají. This thesis focuses on the relation of a Roma pupil and a school from the point of view of a teacher. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is divided into four subtopics. The first subtopic is dedicated to the Roma in Czech society, their differentiation, the social situation of the Roma, the relation between the majority and the minority, and especially the conflicts between the majority and the minority. The second theme deals with the Roma family, how it looked in the past and what it is today. It also focuses on the education of children by gender and the family's influence on the child's success in school. The third theme deals with the education of the Roma and especially with pre-school, primary and secondary education. The fourth theme describes communication with Roma parents. The second part deals with the research itself. The research method used is a qualitative method and especially a semi- standardized questionnaire.
