Východiskemje reflexe zkušenosti v domově pro seniory Sue Ryder v průběhu transformace MDT z uspořádánířízeného na základě lineární organizační struktury na MDT s funkční organizační strukturoua postupně posilující maticovou strukturou.Na fungování MDT nahlíží článek manažerskou optikou s důrazem na efektivitu fungujícího MDT.Vytvořená podpůrná struktura přispívá k tomu, aby týmy účelně vynakládaly svou energii při naplňovánívize péče organizace. Tou je poskytování péče zaměřené na člověka. Oporu v praxi i v reflexizkušeností představují teoretické koncepty systémového učení, učící se organizace, péče zaměřené načlověka a multidisciplinárních týmů.
The article presents principles of the effective multidisciplinary team (“MDT”) collaboration in theresidential social services for the elderly. It offers support structure of questions and instructions facilitatingthe functioning of MDT. The starting point is the reflection of the experience in The Sue Ryder’snursing home. It reflects transformation from a linear organizational structure to a MDT witha functional organizational structure and gradually strengthening elements of the matrix structure.Managerial perspective is applied when reflecting and evaluating the functioning of the MDTEffectiveness of the MDT collaboration was emphasized. The suggested Instruction and Question supportstructure helps teams expediently spend their energy when fulfilling the organization’s vision ofcare — the person centred approach (care). Theoretical concepts of system learning, learning organization,human care, and multidisciplinary teams are the backing for practice and in the reflectionof experience.
