Kniha Ester: Reflexe ve světle tradičních židovských pramenů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis primarily deals with the gradual reflection of the biblical Book of Esther which includes Rabbinic interpretations captured in the text of the Babylonian Talmud and in the midrash anthology Esther Rabbah as well as the observations of present-day scholars. Then several thematic circles are elaborated, relating to the position of the Book of Esther and the Jewish festival of Purim in the world of Rabbinic Judaism.

Tato práce se věnuje v první řadě postupné reflexi biblické knihy Ester zahrnující rabínské interpretace zachycené v textu Babylonského talmudu a midrašickém souboru Ester Raba i postřehy současných badatelů. Následně je syntetičtějším způsobem rozpracováno několik tématických okruhů vztahujících se k postavení Knihy Ester a židovského svátku Purimu ve světě rabínského judaismu.
