Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohlavního života osob s mentálním postižením. Vysvětluje základní pojmy sexuality, vývoj sexuálního chování a zaměření na možnosti ochrany. Soustředí se na práci se sexualitou v rámci organizace. To je také doplněno i praktickou částí, ve které jsou přepisy rozhovorů s vedením tří zařízení a rozhovor se sexuální asistentkou jakožto další podstatný pilíř práce. Intimní a sexuální asistence jako nová metoda uspokojení fyzického i duševního u osob s mentálním postižením. Dále jsou v práci zaznamenány principy přístupu k sexualitě, hranice a kultura práce s klientem a metodika správného názvosloví pohlavních orgánů. The bachelor's thesis deals with the sexual life of people with intellectual disabilities. It explains the basic concepts of sexuality, the development of sexual behavior, and the focus on the possibilities of protection. It focuses on working with sexuality within an organization. This is also complemented by the practical part which comprises the transcripts of interviews with the management of three institutions and the interview with a sexual assistant as another essential pillar of the thesis. Intimate and Sexual Assistance as a new method of physical and mental satisfaction for mentally handicapped people. Furthermore, the principles of access to sexuality, boundaries and culture of work with the client and the methodology of correct genital nomenclature are recorded.
