This bachelor thesis deals with cooperation between field of personnel management and occupational medicine. Attention is paid to occupational medicine, occupational health legislation and labour legislation, health and safety at work. A part of this thesis is statistics and reasearch that deals with issue of health and safety at work, occupational diseases and accidents at work. The aim of this thesis is to define the specific areas of cooperation between the occupational medicine and personnel management with the analysis of possibilities and limitations of this cooperation.
