Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po subtrochanterické zlomenině femuru Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracováni teoretických a praktických znalostí týkajících se diagnózy subtrochanterická zlomenina femuru a jejich aplikace při zpracování detailní kazuistiky pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. V obecné části je popsán kyčelní kloub včetně jeho kineziologie. U kyčelního kloubu je popsána anatomie včetně kloubního pouzdra, vazů a svalů. V práci je také popsána obecná struktura kosti a popis růstu a remodelace. Je zde zpracována problematika subtrochanterických zlomenin, druhy osteosyntéz., které se používají a rehabilitace. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta po subtrochanterické zlomenině femuru a následné osteosyntéze PFN šroubem včetně vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru, cílů terapie, krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu terapie, průběhu terapií a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Kazuistika byla zpracována během souvislé odborné praxe v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici Praha na Oddělení rehabilitační a fyzikální medicíny v období od 9. 1. 2017 do 3. 2. 2017. Title of bachelor's thesis:: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a pacient after subtrochanteric fracture of femur Objective: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis and their application while processing the case study of a patient after subtrochanteric fracture. Method: This bachelor thesis is divided into general part and special part. In general part the hip joint is described including anatomy, kinesiology. and also the causes and treatment of subtrochanteric fracture. Also described anatomy including articular capsule, ligaments and muscles.. I describe the general bone structure as well as its growth and remodelation. The problematics of subtrochanteric fracture are compiled and listed are methods of osteosynthesis that are used and rehabilitation. The special part contains the case study of a patient after subtrochanteric fracture of the femur and after osteosynthesis with proximal femoral nail, including input and output kinesiology analysis, the goals of the therapy, a short-term and a long-term therapy plan, therapy process and the evaluation of the effects of the therapy.
