Analýza specifik neziskového sektoru metodou zakotvené teorie

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the specifics of the non-profit sector from the perspective of World of Difference's participants. The program World of Difference allows experts from business and government to spend one year in selected non-profit organization. The aim is to answer the question: "What specific features of the non-profit sector perceive World of Difference's participants differently compared with the profit sector?" The answer to the question was based on the method grounded theory, the data were collected through interviews with World of Difference's participants. The result of the research is nine specifics - ethos, motivation, resources, hierarchy, rules, efficiency, flexibility, language and professionalism. The central category consists of ethos, which is further composed of the principle of democracy, humanism and chaos. These specifics form the cornerstone of the grounded theory. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na specifika neziskového sektoru z pohledu účastníků programu Rok jinak, který umožňuje odborníkům z byznysu a státní správy strávit jeden rok ve vybrané neziskové organizaci. Cílem práce je zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku: "Jaká specifika neziskového sektoru vnímají účastníci Roku jinak ve srovnání se ziskovým sektorem?" Odpověď na položenou otázku byla vytvořena na základě metody zakotvené teorie, přičemž data byla sesbírána prostřednictvím rozhovorů s účastníky Roku jinak. Výsledkem výzkumu je devět specifik - etos, motivace, zdroje, hierarchie, pravidla, efektivita, flexibilita, jazyk a profesionalita. Centrální kategorii tvoří etos, který se dále skládá z principu demokracie, humanismu a chaosu. Tato specifika tvoří základní kámen zakotvené teorie.
