Vztah mezi časovou perspektivou a výkonovou motivací

Abstract

This dissertation addresses the relationship pupils and students to the future, the relationship between time perspective and achievement motivation. The close relationship between the given issue and volitional qualities of a person is also discussed. The theoretical part concentrates on the scientific views of a person's life time dimension, the relationship between the time perspective and the achievement motivation and the relation of these concepts to the issues of volition. The main emphasis is on cognitive and personality concepts of motivation of the time perspective (Gjesme, Nuttin, Lens, Zimbardo, from Czech publications on the concepts of perspective orientation by Pavelková) and on the traditional works about achievement motivation of Atkinson, Raynor and Heckhausen. In our analysis of the aforementioned theoretical concepts we concentrated primarily on finding overlaps, close relations and continuities within the described systems. The practical part represents a structured research of the time perspective, the achievement motivation and will of primary school pupils and secondary school students. Předložená disertační práce se zabývá vzájemným vztahem žáků a studentů k budoucnosti, souvislostmi mezi časovou perspektivou a výkonovou motivací a v práci je též naznačena úzká souvislost dané problematiky s volními vlastnostmi člověka. V teoretické části práce se věnujeme vědeckým východiskům časové dimenze v lidském životě, vztahu mezi časovou perspektivou a výkonovou motivací a souvislostí těchto koncepcí s teoretickým uchopením problematiky vůle. Hlavní důraz je kladen na kognitivně-motivační a osobnostně-motivační koncepce časové perspektivy (práce Gjesmeho, Nuttina, Lense, Zimbarda, z českých autorů koncepce perspektivní orientace Pavelkové) a na klasické práce o výkonové motivaci Atkinsona, Raynora a Heckhausena. V rámci analýzy uvedených teoretických koncepcí jsme se zaměřili zejména na hledání překryvů, úzkých vazeb a návazností v popisovaných systémech. Praktická část představuje strukturovaný výzkum časové perspektivy, výkonové motivace a vůle u žáků základních a studentů středních škol. K základním cílům patří získat základní popis vztahu žáků a studentů k budoucnosti přes jednotlivé zkoumané oblasti, dále empiricky prověřit vztah mezi časovou perspektivou a výkonovou motivací žáků a studentů, a také blíže porovnat různá uchopení časové perspektivy (koncept perspektivné orientace...
